1. Introduction

Myers Photography and Design's website, trading as The Curse of Deacon Brodie ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website (www.thecurseofdeaconbrodie.com) and services, including our online adventure game and digital goods, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

"Services": Includes the online adventure game and digital goods offered on the website.

"Digital Goods": Non-physical products such as downloadable content, in-game items and other digital media available for purchase on the website.

Refunds: All sales of Digital Goods are final. Due to their intangible nature, we do not offer refunds or exchanges when a sale has been completed.

Pricing: All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and are subject to change without notice.

Payment Methods: We accept all major credit and debit card and payments are processed via Stripe.  By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

Taxes: Users are responsible for any applicable taxes related to their purchases.

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All content on the website, including the game, graphics, and Digital Goods are owned by Myers Photography and Design or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

User-Generated Content: By submitting content, you grant Myers Photography and Design a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Myers Photography and Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services or Digital Goods.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.  We will terminate all licence codes where users are found to be sharing licence codes with users other than the user who paid for the licence, without any refund.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
