Purchase Access: You do not need a customer account, password or licence code. Provide an accurate purchase email. The purchase browser can remember access for 180 days; a one-time email return link lasts 15 minutes. Recovering access on another device does not transfer saved game progress, which stays in the browser where you played. Clearing browser storage can remove saved progress.
Prohibited Conduct: Users shall not engage in activities that violate any laws, infringe upon intellectual property rights or disrupt the Services.
4. Digital Goods
License: Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Digital Goods for personal, non-commercial purposes. Ownership remains with Myers Photography and Design. You may print purchased printable PDF companions for your own personal use.
Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from the Digital Goods without explicit permission.
Refunds: All sales of Digital Goods are final. Due to their intangible nature, we do not offer refunds or exchanges when a sale has been completed.
5. Payments
Pricing: All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and are subject to change without notice.
Payment Methods: We accept all major credit and debit card and payments are processed via Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
Taxes: Users are responsible for any applicable taxes related to their purchases.

Ownership: All content on the website, including the game, graphics, and Digital Goods are owned by Myers Photography and Design or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
